Such a great trip to Salt Lake City! We were motivated to love, live, and share, and I love every minute of my "job"! Here's a recap of the highlights:
Wednesday: I didn't arrive in time to tour headquarters again, but my team got to see it! I met up with IN Stampers, Kathy, Debra, and Diane after they got back, plus my upline from Illinois, Chris, and our friend Cindy. We went to Blue Iguana for dinner and then headed back to our hotel, the Crystal Inn.

Thursday: Kathy and I got up and started swapping early! I made 100 cards, 50 each of two different designs.
We checked in and got our goodie bag and were ready for the opening session! We started out with the new Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs, both starting January 3rd. Let me know if you want a free copy mailed to you! Then, Sara, the CEO, announced our new stamp positioning tool coming in February! Stay tuned tomorrow for another blog post with more details on that! Chris and I were able to go to CentreStage (for Silver Elite and above) that evening at the Grand America Hotel. We had dinner and then heard comedian Jason Hewlett who was hilarious! As a gift, we received SU t-shirts!

Friday: We started bright and early with opening session where I one prize patrol, the new Bird Banter stamp set! We then had six break-out sessions where we did 4 make & takes, plus learned about Paper Pumpkin and some new products, like the sliding Barn Door bundle coming! When the event ended at 6, we ate dinner at Red Rock, well worth the wait!
Saturday: We started early again with an opening sessions, then broke up for training by title. At my class, we got to hear awesome business tips, plus a surprise return from Jason Hewlett, this time challenging us to treat our team and customers like family. We got another free stamp set and new brochures. We returned to the MainStage for stamping presentations and recognition. I got to walk across the stage (plus say my name; no speech though!) for recruiting and leadership accomplishments. I also got to walk across the stage for earning 160,000 flex points, enough to earn the cruise for two to Alaska. We ended with the final give-away, another new stamp set! After the event ended at 4:00, our friends went to City Creek Center, a beautiful mall half indoors and half outdoors with a creek running through it. The weather was perfect for walking around at night, lit up with the Christmas trees and Mormon temple in the background. We all ate dinner together at the Blue Lemon before heading home to Indy the next morning.
Want to attend the next OnStage? Stampin' Up! will hold local events in various cities across the world next April. Milwaukee or Vegas, anyone? Then, the 30th anniversary celebration will be held in Orlando, Florida November 7-10, 2018. I'll be there! Ask me how you can join in on the fun!
